Two numbers per service. Nothing hidden.

Every service has a one-time setup fee and a flat monthly retainer. Both are ranges because the upper end accommodates higher-volume businesses (more messages, more leads, deeper integration). Most businesses land in the middle of the range.

The setup fee covers: scoping, architecture, build, integration, testing, deployment, your team's training. The monthly retainer covers: ongoing operation, weekly tuning, deliverability monitoring, quarterly architecture review, and incident response. Cancel anytime after the 60-day initial commitment with 30 days' notice.

What's not included: per-message API costs from third parties (Meta WhatsApp conversation fees, email sending fees, payment gateway fees). These are passed through at cost with full transparency in your monthly report — standard pass-through rates from each provider.

What people ask about pricing.

Why a range, not a fixed price per service?+

Because the same service costs different amounts to build for different businesses. A WhatsApp Booking Agent for a single-location clinic with one calendar is simpler than the same agent for a 12-location salon chain with staff-level routing and 4 languages. The lower end of each range is the simpler version; the upper end accounts for higher message volume, multi-language coverage, deeper CRM integration, and more complex business logic.

After a 30-minute scoping call we give you a single fixed price for your specific deployment — and that price doesn't change unless you change scope. No hourly surprises, no edge-case upcharges.

What's actually in the setup fee?+

Scoping conversation, architecture design, build by a senior engineer, all integrations with your existing tools (CRM, payment gateway, calendar, etc.), copywriting for any customer-facing messages, testing in staging, deployment to production, your team's training session, and the first 30 days of close-watch monitoring with daily fixes for edge cases.

What it doesn't include: per-message API costs from third parties (Meta WhatsApp, email sending, payment gateway processing). Those are passed through at cost and visible in your monthly report.

What does the monthly retainer cover?+

Ongoing operation of the system, weekly performance tuning (subject lines, message copy, routing logic, cadence timing), deliverability monitoring (sender reputation, spam-rate watching, WhatsApp template compliance), quarterly architecture review, incident response within 4 hours during business hours and 12 hours overnight, monthly reporting, and continuous small improvements based on what your customers respond to.

If you need a major new feature added (not a tune — a new flow, new integration, new logic), that's a separate scope and a separate setup-style fee, not absorbed into the retainer.

Are there any hidden fees or contractual gotchas?+

No setup-then-disappear pricing where the real cost shows up in inflated retainers. No "implementation partner" hourly billing layered on top of the setup fee. No mandatory long-term contracts — the initial 60-day commitment exists so the system has time to stabilise, then you're month-to-month with 30 days' notice.

No exit fees, no data hostage situations, no proprietary platforms locking you in. If you stop working with us, you keep the infrastructure (it runs on your accounts anyway), the workflows (they live in your n8n instance), and the data (it's in your CRM). We just hand over admin access and walk away.

Can we pay in USD instead of INR?+

Yes. For international clients we quote in USD, EUR, or GBP at conversion rates fixed at scoping time, so your monthly bill doesn't fluctuate with currency. Send a note on WhatsApp with where you're based and we'll quote in your preferred currency.

How does the bundle discount actually work?+

Simple. At 3+ services deployed in the same engagement, all setup fees drop by 15%. At 6+ services, all setup fees drop by 25%. The discount applies to setup only — monthly retainers stay at quoted rates.

Example: deploy 3 services from any combination of systems (e.g., WhatsApp Booking + WhatsApp Reminders + Lead Capture) and your setup fees drop 15% across the bundle. Add 3 more services on top — say Email Cart Recovery, Email Onboarding, and CRM Lead Scoring — and your bundle hits 25% off all setup fees. The savings compound fast when you stack multiple systems together.

What if we want a service that isn't on the chart?+

Talk to us. We've shipped 240+ live systems across 9 countries, and the chart represents the most common 28 services. Custom builds (industry-specific workflows, novel integrations, internal-tool automation) are scoped one-off with a fixed price. As a rough rule, custom builds price at roughly 1.5–2× the equivalent standard service of similar complexity — because there's more architecture work and less reusable code from prior engagements.

Do you offer a free trial?+

Not a trial in the SaaS sense — these are custom-built systems, not subscription software. What we offer instead: a free 30-minute audit where we map what's manually handled today, what tools you're paying for, and where time is being lost. You leave with a one-page recommendation regardless of whether you hire us.

If you do engage, the 60-day initial period is your "trial" — you have time to validate the system actually moves the numbers we said it would. If it doesn't, the next month onward is the same flat retainer; you just give 30 days' notice and walk away with infrastructure you own.
